A student, coach, or volunteer must register prior to participation in any OISRAN activities – training or competition activities.

Some coaches may set registration deadlines for students on their team.

TEAM Skier Registration

Registration Cost is $85, which includes ~$40 for race fees for two days for the State Meet at Mt. Bachelor. There are no additional race fees for the State Meet.

  • ONLY High School team members register here
  • Scholarship codes are applied AT THE END of the registration process.
  • Deadline is December 3rd. Starting December 4th, a $20 late fee will be applied.

GUEST SKIER REGISTRATION

Registration for Guest Skiers is $25

Note:

  • Guest Skiers are skiers who are not enrolled in schools in Oregon
  • Guest skiers much be supervised at OISRAN competitions by an OISRAN Guest Coach or a Private Coach
  • A GUEST skier may be high school age or younger.
     

PROVISIONAL SKIER REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $75

A Provisional Skier is a skier who is younger than high school age and trains with a high school team.

A Provisional Skier must be supervised at OISRAN activities by an OISRAN certified high school coach or by a Private Coach.

Provisional Skiers may not compete in the State Championships.

INDEPENDENT SKIER REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $45

Select this option if the skier is in high school in Oregon and chooses not to be part of a school team – or is a middle school skier in Oregon who trains only with a Private Coach.
 
High-School-age Independent Skiers can earn individual awards and state titles, but don’t score points for a team.
 
They must be supervised by a registered Private Coach at OISRAN races.

CERTIFIED COACH REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $20

Use this Button if:

  • You are an adult who is unsupervised when you work with students during a high school team training or racing activity.
  • You are a Head Coach

You do not have to complete your coaches’ training courses before registering online.

HELPER COACH REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $10

For coaches who work under the supervision of a Certified Coach when they are helping coach students who are enrolled in OREGON High Schools.
 
Concussion Awareness training not required before registering.

GUEST COACH REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $10

For coaches supervising skiers not enrolled in Oregon schools.
 
Insured ONLY during OISRAN competitions.

PRIVATE COACH REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $10

A Private Coach supervises Independent Skiers at OISRAN competitions.

  • Independent Skiers may be high school age or middle school age and must be enrolled in Oregon schools.
  • Independent Skiers who are high school age do not represent a high school team.
  • High-school-age Independent Skiers are eligible to receive individual awards and titles – including the state championships – but their results do not contribute to any team scores.
  • Middle-school-age Independent Skiers are coached ONLY by a private coach.  They do not train with a high school team.  They are not eligible to receive individual awards and titles, and they may not participate in the state championships event.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Registration for Volunteers is FREE
ONE VOLUNTEER PER REGISTRATION –
EACH VOLUNTEER MUST REGISTER WITH THEIR OWN EMAIL

Use this Button if:

  • You are a non-OISRAN skier who foreruns courses
  • You are an Administrative Volunteer
  • You are a Volunteer who does not assist with coaching students
  • You are a race worker and you are NOT a coach

An adult must sign for a volunteer who is younger than 18.

RECRUITMENT ACTIVITY REGISTRATION

Registration cost is FREE

This form is for people participating in a Recruitment Activity.

If you have not registered with OISRAN during the ski season as a racer, volunteer or coach – and you are participating in an OISRAN activity that is organized for recruitment purposes – you will be insured by OISRAN during your participation in the recruitment activity after you have completed this registration form.
